Downtown Phoenix Update

Well Downtown is really starting to heat up. Not only with our weather, but with new development. The light rail system is being installed right now scheduled to open December 2008. Check out more info here.
Also, with Arizona State University coming to downtown Phoenix we are going to see an influx of new students that are going to need somewhere to live. Downtown is still about 4-5 years away from being a REAL downtown with all the urban culture and shopping that most major cities have. Right now I think that our downtown lies in the biltmore area, but with all of the new condos, shopping, jobs, and ASU it will be the place to be.
